The minutes from each homeowners meetings are really important to archive as they provide a record of what items were discussed and passed at the HOA board meetings. Below are some of the minutes we were able to obtain. Note: Some of the minutes posted may be draft minutes. This means that they have not been approved by the board. As a result, there may be some changes once the draft minutes are finally approved. If a signature doesn't appear at the bottom, likely the minutes are in draft form and have not been yet approved.

January, February, March (these first three months we were managed by Allure and minutes are not available)

From April 2019-April 2020, we were managed by Prescott: April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November 7 Budget meeting only , November 26th General meeting, December (in Dec., there was no general meeting, only two for elections) As you can see, from April, we are missing three meeting minutes. (June, August, and November)
