In Japan, we lived in a private rental across from the Negishi Racetrack from June 1960 to January 1962. After Yokohama and Yo-Hi, my family moved to Okinawa where I graduated from Kubasaki High School.

In 1968, I graduated from Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia and went to work for the US Government. I held various positions as human relations specialist, investigator/examiner, chief of employee and labor relations, and regional director with the Departments of Defense and Air Force and with the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, D. C., various bases in Texas, Arizona, and Ohio, and in Okinawa, Japan.

I retired in June 2001 and currently volunteer with the American Heart Association and Ovarian Cancer Coalition.

I am married to Larry Reser and we enjoy season tickets to the San Antonio Stars and Spurs, as well as to the Majestic Theater Broadway Series. We also enjoy travel and have visited many countries in Southeast Asia, Belize, the Galapagos, Panama, Iceland, Greenland, Cuba and Alaska, with trips scheduled to Eastern Europe, Morocco, Italy and Antarctica.
